Attorney Luzzi's Experience

  • Represented  Chief Executives and Boards of Education in the City of Bridgeport, the City of New Haven, the City of New Britain, and the Town of East Haven;
  • Represented numerous municipal, police department, fire department and education personnel, inclusive of Chiefs of Police, Chiefs of Fire Departments and Superintendents/educators in various types of civil and administrative matters;
  • Initiated and prosecuted a variety of civil and criminal litigation matters at the Arbitration, Administrative, State and Federal Court levels. Conducted initial client interviews, evaluated and analyzed cases; drafted pleadings; completed all phases of discovery, including depositions; selected juries; prepared and presented substantive and procedural oral and written arguments during Arbitration, Administrative hearings, civil and criminal trials;
  • Extensive experience in contract preparation, analysis and negotiation.  Negotiated the lease and/or purchase and sale of business entities ranging in value from $100k to $500k; engaged in all levels of purchase and settlement negotiation;
  • Represented individuals in the purchase, sale and/or leasing of residential and commercial real estate throughout Connecticut, including transactions in excess of $1 million; extensive landlord tenant experience including Section 8 evictions;
